One In An ARMY is extremely proud to announce the results of our October 2023 flash campaign, New Beginnings with Jimin, benefiting The Thurman Perry Foundation in honor of Jimin’s birthday!
The Thurman Perry foundation is dedicated to bettering the lives of women and girls impacted by incarceration. Many formerly incarcerated women are at risk of becoming homeless due to sparse availability of post-release programs to re-acclimate into society, expensive probation fees, and employment discrimination.
The Thurman Perry Foundation has a goal of prioritizing incarcerated women, addressing gendered trauma, and providing them support to thrive, tell their stories, and reduce recidivism.
For this campaign 425 ARMY raised $16,012! A list of ways this money helped The Thurman Perry Foundation is coming soon.
This campaign made the BTS ARMY their top fundraisers in their history, and allowed them to cross $100,000 in scholarships given in 2024!
