One In An ARMY is extremely proud to announce the results of our February 2023 flash campaign, Rising With Hope, benefiting Darkness RISING in honour of J-Hope’s birthday!
Darkness RISING is a mental health nonprofit that aims to improve the health and wellness of the Black Community, and erase the stigma of mental health issues.
This organization offers free community wellness workshops, a resource packet, and a Black Mental Health Provider Database.
For this campaign 413 ARMY raised $12,852! This helped Darkness RISING fund:
– Mental health programming for vulnerable communities
– Community wellness workshops
– Help Me Find a Therapist program, website & database
– DR Black Mental Health resource packet
– DR Black Mental Health provider database
– Broadway for mental health support
– Music & mental health Broadway performances, artist & therapist payments
– Music & mental health video series
